Custom Helmets are shipped via UPS using the selected shipping method at checkout.

  • Cascade custom helmets take 3-6 business days to be produced before they are shipped from the manufacturer to you.
  • Warrior custom helmets take 5-7 business days to be produced before they are shipped from the manufacturer to you. 

return policy

Warrior custom helmets are final sale. Cascade helmets can be returned, but will incur a $35 restocking fee. For more information please visit our Returns page.

Sizing

We offer custom helmets for adults and children from our partners at Cascade and Warrior.

  • Cascade XRS Pro - One Size Fits Most, will fit players with a head circumference of 21.5" to 24" inches.
  • Cascade XRS Youth - Typically players wear this youth-sized helmet until age 9/10. The XRS Youth fits players measuring up to 22.25" - if your player measures 21.5”-24” then they should choose the Cascade XRS Pro, which is the adult sized helmet.
  • Cascade CS-R Youth - Fits players up to 22”.
  • Warrior Burn X - One Size Fits Most Adult, measuring 22” - 24.25”.

Your helmet should fit snugly without being uncomfortably tight, ensuring it stays securely in place during play. The chin strap should be firm, the helmet should sit about one finger above the eyebrows, and the face mask should provide a clear, unobstructed view.

To measure your head circumference, wrap a tape measure around your head about 1 Inch above your eyebrows and across your temples.
