The University of Louisville women's lacrosse team, also known as the Cardinals, is a rising force in NCAA Division I lacrosse. The team joined the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) in 2014, further elevating their competitive status. Led by head coach Scott Teeter, the Cardinals play their home games at the Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium, a state-of-the-art facility that also hosts the university's soccer and track & field events.
