Refund policy

General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for new, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Refunds: A full refund will be provided upon return, excluding original shipping costs. Returns are processed within 10 business days after Lax.com receives the items (weekends excluded).
  • Return Process:
    1. Start your return by clicking here.
    2. Choose between:
      • A prepaid shipping label for $9.99 (deducted from your refund), or
      • Using your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice.
    3. Items such as goals, rebounders, balls, creases, and nets are not eligible for a return shipping label.
    4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include proof of purchase.
    5. Attach the prepaid label to the box and drop it off at a UPS location, or use your carrier's nearest drop-off point if using your own label.

Special Return Policies

  • Helmets, Custom Stringing, and Final Sale Items:
    • Custom items (e.g., stringing) cannot be returned. These items undergo quality checks before shipping.
    • Cascade & Warrior helmets have a $35 restocking fee if returned. Field equipment like nets, backstops, goals, and bounce backs are final sales and are not returnable.
    • All items purchased from Team Stores are considered custom and are final sales.

Shoe and Cleat Return Policy

  • Condition: Shoes and cleats must be in their original branded packaging (e.g., Nike or New Balance boxes). These branded boxes should be placed inside another box to avoid damage. Do not tape or attach shipping labels directly to the branded boxes.
  • Non-Returnable Conditions: If shoes are returned in a non-resellable condition (worn, scuffed, or dirty), only an e-gift card will be issued instead of a refund. Shoes that have been worn on turf or grass, or have dirt or scuffs, are not eligible for return and will be sent back.

Exchange Policy

  • Lax.com does not offer direct exchanges. Instead, follow the return process for the item(s) you want to exchange and place a new order for the desired product(s).
