The game started off quickly for the visiting Falcons as they scored right off the opening face-off and would add another late goal to take a 2-0 lead into the second quarter. The Terriers would come roaring back, responding with a 5-0 run heading into the half and would ride that momentum to an 8-6 win. Banister would finish the game with 17 saves while junior attack Ryan Hilburn called three goals while the Falcons got a game high four goals from junior attack Nick Hruby.
