Looking to capture its third consecutive US Lacrosse Southern Section championship, the Loyola LA boys lacrosse team took on the St. Margaret’s Tartans at Newport Harbor High School. Despite trailing late in the fourth quarter, St. Margaret's rallied to force overtime where Loyola freshman Owen Gaffney buried the game winner with just 28 seconds left to go.
