In only their second lifetime meeting, the Yale University men's lacrosse team opened their 2018 home schedule by hosting the Michigan Wolverines in a non-conference matchup. Looking to rebound after a season opening loss to Villanova, the 11th ranked Bulldogs had their hands full with the young, but tough, UM Wolverines. After trailing by as many as three goals in the game, the Bulldogs used a late rally in the third quarter and eventually sealed a 15-11 win in the fourth. Jack Tigh led the way with five goals for the Bulldogs while Michigan got four goals from Brent Noseworthy.
