In a rematch of the 2016 NCAA Division One Lacrosse National Championship, the North Carolina Tar Heels took on their former ACC rival Maryland in the 2018 Pacific Coast Shootout, held in Costa Mesa, California. It was the fifth year for this special lacrosse event and also the second time that UNC and Maryland have met in California. For the second ranked Terrapins, it was hither final game before the start of conference play in the Big Ten while Tar heels looked to stop a four game losing streak after starting the season out 6-0. After jumping out to an early lead, the Terrapins were able to weather a late Tar Heel rally en route to a 11-7 win. Check out highlights from all the action with Lax.com!
