Paul Rabil's Vertical Zig Zag Drill

To excel as a midfielder in lacrosse, fitness and agility are on the same level of importance as both your passing, shooting, and stick skills. In order to help make you a better lacrosse player and take your game to the next level, Lax.com has teamed up with Paul Rabil and the Paul Rabil Experience. In our latest video, Paul goes over one of his favorite agility drills, the Vertical Zag-Zag Drill.  By using either hurdles, a speed ladder, or even lacrosse balls, Paul shows you how to improve your vertical movement going forward as well as going backwards. This all add up to being more powerful when back peddling on both defense, as well as going forward in dodges or in a clear.
