Held at Marist College, the 2014 MAAC Lacrosse Championship featured the Red Foxes men's lacrosse team hosting the Siena Saints. Led by 13 saves from the MAAC tournaments most outstanding player Tommy Cordts, Siena defeated Marist 11-7 to capture the MAAC title for the third time in six years.
