In a game featuring the two favorites for the U-19 World Championship games in 2016, Team Canada squared off against Team USA at the prestigious IMG Academy in the US Lacrosse Spring Premiere. In a back and forth affair that saw the US take the lead with six seconds to play, a Team Canada equalizer with just tenths of a second left sent the game to OT, where the US would fall to the Canadians by a score of 14-13.
