hofstra men's lacrosse bio

The Hofstra Men's College Lacrosse team, also known as the Pride, competes in the NCAA Division I Colonial Athletic Association (CAA). The team's mascot is a lion named Mack the Lion. The Pride plays their home games at James M. Shuart Stadium, a 13,000-seat facility located on Hofstra's campus in Hempstead, New York. The team has a rich history, with numerous alumni going on to play professionally in the National Lacrosse League and Major League Lacrosse.
