Arm Protection

Men’s lacrosse arm protection should fit securely without slipping, allowing for full range of motion while staying in place during play.

Lacrosse arm protection comes in three main styles, each offering different levels of coverage and mobility:

Arm Pads – Provide moderate protection, covering the elbow and part of the upper and lower arm. Ideal for midfielders who need a balance of flexibility and protection.
Arm Guards – Offer extended coverage, protecting more of the upper and lower arm along with the elbow. Best for attackmen who face frequent checks.
Elbow Pads – The smallest and lightest option, covering just the elbow. Great for defensemen who prioritize mobility and minimal padding.

Size	Age	Weight
XS	5–8	Under 50lbs
Small	8–10	50–70lbs
Medium	11–13	80–120lbs
Large	14+	130–180lbs
X-Large	16+	190lbs

The new Warrior Evo arm guards combine a super soft feel with their new BONE technology to offer advanced attackman serious protection combined with awesome fit and feel. The 3 piece floating cap covers the end of the elbow perfectly and fits very snug without sliding. We loved the oversized top straps and beefier buckle system as well.

Basically these are not a pair of low profile attack pads that will leave you bruised and battered at the end of the day. If you are an advanced high school or youth player that likes to get in the mix around the cage, then these are an awesome choice at only $100 beans. Built to last, these EVO arm guards are a top choice here this season.
