Arm Protection

Men’s lacrosse arm protection should fit securely without slipping, allowing for full range of motion while staying in place during play.

Lacrosse arm protection comes in three main styles, each offering different levels of coverage and mobility:

Arm Pads – Provide moderate protection, covering the elbow and part of the upper and lower arm. Ideal for midfielders who need a balance of flexibility and protection.
Arm Guards – Offer extended coverage, protecting more of the upper and lower arm along with the elbow. Best for attackmen who face frequent checks.
Elbow Pads – The smallest and lightest option, covering just the elbow. Great for defensemen who prioritize mobility and minimal padding.

Size	Age	Weight
XS	5–8	Under 50lbs
Small	8–10	50–70lbs
Medium	11–13	80–120lbs
Large	14+	130–180lbs
X-Large	16+	190lbs

The Warrior Evo Pro Arm Pads use the BOA Closure System to dial in your fit. Customizing your fit eliminates pinching and secures your pad firmly in place. Mid Length 9-Piece construction allows better flex and fit. Just dial in the circular knob and feel the invisible chords that run through the bicep and forearm section of the pad start to lock down. You are the master of how tigh you want these and you can adjust them on the fly in 2 seconds. Besides having an amazing fit, we think these are some of the most protective pads that Warrior has ever produced... without getting too bulky. There is absolutely no pinch at the crus of the arm.

Coming in at $109, we know these are at the high end of the spectrum... but if you simply want the best and demand amazing protection, fit and feel, then look no further. The Warrior Evo Pro arm pads will be on the sidelines and fields of the top collegiate players in the nation this year.
