The Game Story:
HAMILTON, N.Y.- The Colgate men's lacrosse team ended their 2002 Patriot League season Saturday with a 11-9 victory over the Mountain Hawks of Lehigh. The Raiders are currently 6-6 overall and 3-3 in Patriot League play.

Colgate and Lehigh battled throughout the game, with no team holding a definite advantage until late in the fourth quarter. Lehigh's Tony Loe tied the game at eight before the Raiders rallied for three goals to decide the game. Lowe tallied a late goal for Lehigh to end scoring at 11-9.

Lowe finished with a game high five goals and also added an assist.

Colgate made a complete team effort on the day with 11 goals coming from seven players. Peter Watts (Wayland, Mass.) led the Raiders in overall point scoring with a goal and three assists. Joe Parker (Corfton, Md.), Chris Michaels (Pennington, N.J.), Nick Gerken (Wilton, Conn.) and Jason Vasas (Fairport, N.Y) each tallied two goals for Colgate.

Lehigh keeper Tom Ellis recorded 19 saves while Colgate's Chris Hettler (Liverpool, N.Y.) tallied eight.

The Raider's will return to Tyler's Field to host their final home game of the season against non-league opponent Canisius Friday, April 26 at 7:00.
