POSITION TITLE: Customer Service/Brand Ambassador

We are looking for an energetic Brand Ambassador to assist with: customer facing, marketing, & onsite events. Essential Job Requirements:

- Resolve product or service requests from customers

- Maintain customer records by updating account information in a timely manner in NetSuite

- Use of SalesForce for web merchandising for some of the best lacrosse gear in the men's & women's game

- Answer lacrosse product and service questions, internet, phone and chat in a timely manner.

- Recommend computer operating system changes by collecting customer service information and analyzing customer needs

- Display an outgoing, positive, energetic attitude during problem solving situations

- Some retail customer service experience preferred

- Passion for dealing with people

- Competitive, sports minded

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks with positive results

- Travel to events & LAX tournaments to increase Lax.com brand awareness

- Provide feedback for enhancing website performance from customer perspective

- Some weekend work required in season

- Lacrosse experience is nice, but not mandatory.

POSITION TITLE: Account Support Specialist
The Team Sales Division at Lax.com sells custom and stock products directly to programs through online team stores and bulk orders. This position will be responsible for helping plan and execute on Lax.com’s True Lacrosse account. The main responsibilities of this position will be:

Account Planning 
- Account planning with the key account manager, project management, project execution, order processing and customer support.
- Work with the Key Account Manager to pipeline sales opportunities in CRM systems for 6 month planning cycles for the following: coaches’ apparel, tryout apparel, uniforms, and field supplies
- Assist in managing custom approvals for the following: logos, decals, and uniforms
- Assist in planning opening and closing of online stores
- Assist in managing deliver timelines based off region specific deadlines
- Assist in communicating the store schedules to both directors and customers.

Project Management
- Interface with the design team on art approval status
- Assist with order entry, and order confirmations
- Interface with merchandising team on store build status and close dates
- Communicate with warehouse team on packing and delivery execution
- Assist with problem solutions and tracking these solutions.

Customer Service
- Be the primary customer service communicator to True customers and directors. This includes but is not limited to True customer service email and phone communication.
- Head up customer communication regarding store openings, closings, production and shipping updates.
- Assist with roster management by region and team.
