● Collaborate in production of photography & videography at key shoots to ensure media
deliverables meet creative standards.
● Co-manage the department’s digital asset library, ensuring all media is correctly
uploaded, organized, and easily accessible for generating marketing assets.
● Work closely with Agency & Vendor partners to ensure seamless creative partnerships,
design consistency, and best-in-class creatives.
● Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure timely deployment of assets across digital
channels like social media, email, websites, and more.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Creative/Graphic Design or a related field.
● 2 years of experience in a Creative/Graphic design role within a marketing or agency
environment, preferred but not required.
● Strong design sense, shown through a portfolio of recent work.
● Expert level proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Canva, ect..
● Ability to be a creative leader for the marketing team.
● Confidence to present design ideas and lead creative discussions with the marketing
team.
● Ability to understand and follow creative briefs for design and project needs.
● Ability to brainstorm and explore new ideas for design concepts.
● Engage in regular research and development to create innovative designs.
● Ability to organize creative concepts into idea boards for a steady flow of new concepts.
● Skills in photography and videography, plus but not required
● General knowledge of lacrosse or an interest in sporting goods marketing.
● Comfortable designing occasional presentations.
