Colorado College vs. Birmingham Southern

The Game Story:
Ten different Tigers scored a goal and 15 had at least one point as Colorado College rolled to a 21-4 victory over Birmingham-Southern College on Sunday afternoon at CCís Washburn Field.
Freshman Moses Taylor scored five goals, the most for a Tiger in a single game this season, and added an assist to set a personal single-season high of six points. Charlie Perkins rattled the cage four times, while Hunter Sprole added three goals.

Taylor and Perkins each scored twice in the first period as Colorado College jumped out to an early 6-0 lead. Perkins and Joe Bamberger scored early in the second period before Dylan Krupa scored the Panthersí first goal with 10:52 remaining before the half.

The Tigers added five more scores before the half to amass a 13-1 lead after 30 minutes, and then added four more to start the third period before BSCís Christopher Buechele scored the first of his two goals with 4:02 to play in the period.

Chris Love set up four of CCís first 10 goals, extending his team-leading assist total to 13. He added a man-up goal with 4:25 remaining in the game to finish with five points.

Peter Hahn scored a pair of goals and was joined by Roarke Jennings and Thomas Reyda as Tigers who tallied the first goals of their respective careers.

D.J. Ward had a goal and an assist for Birmingham-Southern, which dropped to 3-6.

Max Pluss made two saves during the opening 21:01 and improved to 2-1 this season in goal. Cameron Overton stopped 16 saves for the Panthers.

Colorado College returns to action on Saturday, April 4, when the Tigers play host to Carthage College.
