The Game Story:
Mustangs score early and often in win against Centenary College
Stevenson, MD - VJC junior Andrew White (Cockeysville, MD/Loyola Blakefield) led all scorers on the day with six goals and three assists as the host Mustangs beat Centenary College 21-3.

Villa Julie netted the first eight goals of the game before Centenary was able to get on the board at the 9:48 mark in the second quarter. On the other end, VJC junior goalie Chase Polhemus (Olney, MD/Sherwood) had seven saves before coming out of the game midway through the third quarter.

The Mustangs had the advantage in ground balls 41-20, shots 52-24 and senior Matt Smoot (St. Mary's, MD/Great Mills) won 13 of 18 face offs. Centenary's Reese Baille had two of their three scores.
