I second this. These pads are great. They're extremely flexible, lightweight, and breathable, but the shoulder caps do look a little big under a jersey

These pads are sweet they are really flexible, pretty light, and surprisingly they have really good padding. The only negative thing is the Velcro adjustment sucks
