This head broke within 30 minutes of removing it from box. As with others, cracked at the very top of the head.

The Vision is super flexible, and the Cobra is super stiff, so it is personal preference.

pretty sick head, i had it before i got the juice and i am thinking about stringing this puppy up again. kindof heavy and decent pinch. i play middi and i love it though, also it is great for face offs because of its stiffness

i dont know about vision but the juice at first is extremely wide and very very very flimsy after a couple weeks mine started to bend so much that it was almost impossible to pick up gb's

personally i think the proton is better it is lighter and just nicer

maybe your pocking there boudy and not their shaft so that might be why its breaking

how is the hold and shot speed with this head?

it 5.7 oz so it heavy and it breaks at scoop and sidewalls like it nothing this sux hold depends on pocket and shootspeed is on the player not the head

this or the Gait Torque? i need an upgrade from my viper 2 which is terrible.

get evo 2.0 or cobra if u want a more advanced head i used evo after viper 2 also and u get so much better gbs r so easy u shoot 10 mps faster like its nothing and u nvr drop the ball toorque sux

the torque is ok its great scoop and face off light but not that good in shoot speed or durabilty this is great but crazy heavy the v2 is awsome try getting a good string job i have all three and it is the best

I play aggressive middi and do faceoffs i want a durable lightweight head and i am trying to choose between the Cobra X the Noz X or the Gospel.. if u have any of these heads can u reply with ur opion on them and if you wanna tell me which shaft to chose between the Brine Swizzle Scandium 2011, the Maverick wonderboy, or the Stx Katana.. i got 1 of these and it lasted me 5 faceoffs ive used my cobra for a fall and spring season and its still as strong as it was in august cobra is a great head my favorite and ive had every head the vision is hurrible do not get it!!

this head is great for D. Its soo stiff but its a bit heavy. You can get some serious poke checks with this head!! The scoop is amazing, better than my evo 2.0. When I bring the ball up the field, i get checked by 3-4 people, and the ball is still in my pocket! Great head, already have a second one for back up.

alright guys, ive had this head for about a yeear and a half, and its overall a solid head, its not too wide but its not too pinched either, its alittle on the heavy side just like the clutch sort of is, its great for shooting because if u can get enough stick speed(thats what she said :) )the head gets insanely pinched and channels the ball out beautifully, so overall id say its astep down from the best heads lke the clutch, p2, and cobra but is in the above average catagory in my opinion, also paul rabil shot his 111mph sshot with this head

for everyone debating which head to get, this is definately the one to get! it has a great all around feel to it with any mesh (ive used soft and canadian so far). its not the lightest head ever but the control that it offers surpasses that by far.

i got this head half way through my season. when you first get it if you bought it strung you will have lots of whip so i would buy it and ask someone to string it or just mess around to see how you like it

Very durable I use it down here in louisiana with the crazy heat and weather, I havent found a weak spot.

i take faceoffs for my high school team so im looking for a head thats durable but can still bend but not break (if that makes sense). Any suggestions?

im a faceoff guy too and got this. I pinched it and now it has decent flexibility but bends back, so it retains its shape. Its also a sick passing and shooting stick. its the best faceoff head ive had

Bro, 1st off i talked to some D1 players who work for maverik at a tourney and they said all his team mates who played pole used it and loved it. 2nd rabil uses the bull which he designed.

your both right. rabil is sponsored by maverik and uses the vision. but in mll you can only use brine and warrior products. so then he uses a warrior noz or sometimes ive seen him run a brine clutch. rabil used his vision to make his awsome 111mph shot

I know three poles including me who use the visionand its amazing! the head is stiff like it should be, but its a little pinched so its for quick defenders who csn pass and catch easily!

best maverik head u can get. perfect pinch but a little heavy. i think it is one of the best faceoff heads in lacrosse.

i love maverik heads but the vision and the bull are really the only middy and attack heads. the juice and bazotka anre defense. and for an organization that is sponsered by the best middys in the mll you would think that they would have more attack/middy heads. the shafts are pretty good especialy the titanium wonder boy.

i reallly reallly like this head but it is reallly heavy even thought it is ranked 4.4 it is 5.85 ounces the clutch is 4.6, also this head is very not pinched!!!

and i was a freshman last year and i was 3rd on the team in goals with 17. and if it pulls try making your top shooter a nylon. thatll help and you want a light head to feel better. and if its top heavy its a bitch to carry throgh trafic. i do know what im talking about and i like this head but the clutch"S are all beast
