Basically the best midfielder head of the last few years just got legal for collegiate play !! There are a limited amount of these STX Stallion U 500 heads out there. These are designed for advanced middies that want the stiffness with a string hole setup that raises the pocket up out of the throat for better two handed cradling and quicker release.
This is a big boy head designed with the top of the line STX technology for advanced middies who want the most durable, stiffest head on the market. Needless to say.. this is a top choice for LSM's as well.

My school recently switched over to MIAA rules and I owned a regular stallion HS but now I'm wondering should I get the Stallion U or the Lakota U. I play D/LSM and take some face offs.

I play defense in high school. Not sure whether I want to get either the hammer or the stallion u? Opinions of which is better or a better head than these.

i just bought the hammer for defense and personally its a little too wide, i kinda like more pinched heads (not too pinched) Ive been using the revolver and enjoyed that but it broke how much more pinch does this have than the hammer

forgot to mention i prefer a mid high pocket

I would definitely go with this head for lsm, at least until they make a stiffer version of the hawk.

Easy to string, stiff, and not too wide. Perfect for the advanced LSM/transition pole.

If you play NFHS Rules then buy the Stallion NFHS only for $10 less than this. I guess to each their own.

On other websites it says this was 250$. This people will actually pay!
| - ULTIMATE LAX KING 5/28/14 reply|
it was $250 because it was a limited addition head only 250 were made that head came with some sort of mesh too hence the higher price
