The Griffs drop to 1-6 on the season, while Albany improves to 4-1. Junior Nick Tuttle led the Griffs with two tallies, while seniors Tim Edwards and Austin Romantic, sophomore Jeff Edwards and freshman Steven Coss each adding a tally. The Great Danes scored three man-up goals in the first 10 minutes of the game to take a 3-1 lead and never look back. Overall, Albany held a 6-1 advantage at the end of the first quarter and 9-1 lead at halftime to cruise to the victory. Albany finished the game with a convincing 62-21 advantage in shots, while going 7-for-8 with the extra man. The Great Danes also held the advantage in faceoffs (19-14) and ground balls
