Of the Duke-Hopkins game, that is. 25 years ago, they won their 2nd straight national title. People have different opinions about who the best team ever was. IMHO, this could have been it. They were deep, athletic, talented, and so well-coached. It seemed like they had no weaknesses at all. This team featured:

Head Coach Willie Scroggs-one of the best coaches in the history of the game. He was a genius with both recruiting and Xs and Os.

Tom Sears-2 time 1st Team All-American goalie. Tom was the National Player of the Year in 1982 and will be inducted into the Lacrosse Hall of Fame later this year.

Michael Burnett-2 time 1st Team All-American attack.

Peter Voekel-2 time 1st Team All-American midfielder.

John Haus-All American defender. John, of course, is the current UNC Head Coach.

Sorry to get off the subject. I just feel this team deserves some recognition. IMHO, this was the best team of all time. They had at least 1 superstar at every position on the field.
