WHITTIER, Calif. – Junior Ryan Warner scored a pair of goals in Nichols College's 18-10 loss to Vassar College Monday afternoon in non-conference men's lacrosse action at Whittier College at Memorial Stadium. Senior Cian Keohane picked up a hat trick for the Bison (1-4), who also received goals from seniors Hunter Ferreira and Jarrod Sweeney, and sophomores Kyle Ettenhofer, Alex Amendola, and Blake Covell. Nichols – which trailed 10-2 at halftime – saw senior Scott Ehrenberg win 16-of-24 at the X and finish with a team-high nine ground balls. Sophomore Billy Heller got the start in goal for the Bison and recorded three saves in the first half. Freshman Brady Morgan played the second half and finished with two saves. The Bison held a slim 35-34 edge in shots.
