Sarah Marshall scored the golden goal thirty seconds into the first overtime period off an assist from Kelly Hyman as the Presbyterian College women's lacrosse team triumphed over Akron, 10-9, on Friday night at Bailey Memorial Stadium. The Zips won the draw control, but Hyman caused a turnover in the midfield and passed the ball to Marshall who scored a one-on-one chance to seal the victory. Final Score: Presbyterian 10 - Akron 9 Location: Bailey Memorial Stadium (Clinton, S.C.) Records: PC (2-1), Akron (0-1) Scoring the Game Akron appeared to seize the momentum in the second half with three unanswered goals over four minutes that saw the visitors take a 9-6 lead with 10:48 to play.
