Both teams came into the game undefeated, with the Spartans able to claw out the victory to remain unbeaten on the season. HOW IT HAPPENED: FIRST QUARTER Lynn jumped on top early in the game, scoring the first two goals to give them an early 2-0 lead. French would score with 8:36 left in the quarter and Wood would find the back of the net with 2:06 left to play. The Wood goal would prove to be the game-winner.
