Dow also picked up five ground balls for the Saints, while McCormack and DeNicola tallied four and two, respectively. Conor Healey added three assists for the St. Lawrence. The Tigers got off to an early start posting a 3-1 lead early in the second quarter. The Saints rebounded quickly tying the game 3-3 before intermission. Both teams only allowed one goal in the third to keep the game within a point. St. Lawrence posted three-consecutive goals including two from DeNicola to edge the Tigers 7-4. Robbie Stern attempted a comeback bid for Colorado as he tallied a goal early in the fourth quarter.
