The Medaille Men's Lacrosse Team returned to action Monday night. They played host to Houghton College at Buffalo Color Park. The first half was a tight affair which saw Houghton come out on top by a score of (5-3) entering halftime. Medaille recorded three goals through the first two quarters; Jake Rush (Hamburg, NY, Frontier) had two tallies for Medaille and Harry Gibson (Herkimer, NY, Central Valley Academy) had one. Houghton continued to excel in the second half and they defeated Medaille (9-5). In the second half Ben Erickson (Franklinville, NY, Franklinville) scored a goal and Rush added another to complete the hat trick. With the loss, Medaille drops to (1-9) on the season. The Mavs will return to action Wednesday when they take on Keuka College.
