At the 2013 Vail Lacrosse Shootout, Lacrossewear and the Big Green Herd met in the second semi final of the Men's Elite Division. In a high scoring game that saw 31 goals, Lacrossewear scored the game winning goal with less than 15 seconds to play to win the game 16-15 and advance to the Elite Finals.
