At the 2014 ECAC Lacrosse Championship held at Ohio State University, the ECAC's top seeded Fairfield Stags took on the Air Force Falcons. Led by Keith Dreyer's three goals and an assist, the Falcons upended the top seeded Stags 9-8 to win the ECAC title and advance to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1988.
