In the most anticipated matchup of the 2018 college season, the top ranked Albany Great Danes men's lacrosse team traveled to College park, MD for a non-conference battle with the second ranked Maryland Terrapins. The game was also a rematch of last years NCAA Quarterfinals, a game the Terrapins won en route to their 2017 National title. For much of the game it looked like history would repeat itself, as the Terrapins held the explosive Albany offense in check, heading into the final quarter with a 10-6 lead.
