In a pivotal ACC lacrosse showdown, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish men's lacrosse team hosted their long time rival Duke university at the famed Arlotta Stadium in South Bend, IN. Entering the game shorthanded, the tenth ranked Irish and fifth ranked Blue Devils were both looking to move to 2-1 in conference play. Using timely scoring throughout the game and a stellar effort on defense, the Blue Devils defeated their long time foes by a score of 8-2 in front of a sold out crowd.
