Haverford School hosted the Inaugural Checking For Cancer LacrosseInvitational Saturday, April 18. The event brought together some top boyslacrosse programs in the name of competition and cancer awareness. Lax.com attended the event, capturing all four of the day's contests. In an afternoon full of interstate rivalries, Pennsylvania took onConnecticut as Malvern Prep (PA) faced Darien High School (CT). The boysfrom the Keystone State took control of this one early and never let go,winning 9-4.
