Princeton vs. Virginia Fall Ball Highlights

The shooters finally warmed up for the day's last game, Princeton vs. Virginia. With the Tigers coming to form by the end of their first scrimmage, and with Virginia having a game under their belts too, these two squads really pushed each other, particularly on offense. Again, Princeton's snipers found the twine early and often. Virginia enjoyed scoring success too, but were more often stymied by solid goal tending in the Princeton cage. A rematch of these two teams at some point next year could yield a very exciting shootout for those that watch.

The event benefited ProjectSpark, "an organization dedicated to supporting Parkinson's education and research." The organization and tournament were founded by Princeton alum Christian Cook, and Davidson Alum Lauren Cook, after their mother Diane was diagnosed with early stage Parkinson's.
